Was charged £3.50 postage and it was £2.06. Parts
are expensive so wont buy again!

Your order value was £6.14, it took approx. 15 to 20 minutes to process and pack, the £3.50 was for
P&P not just raw cost of postage, After overheads and costs we are currently running at a loss (I don't take a wage
for my time, so I work for free!)...I am glad you found the parts you needed on our site and I entrust the parts were exactly
as ordered and helped complete your current project. Naturally, I am disappointed you were unhappy with the amount charged
on this occasion.

me to complete the Lego 42009 Mobile Crane Mk II, and on a personal note I’ve always found this service a very good
service as it also provides a more direct service than if I actually placed this same exact order with Lego the only problem
is that their Replacement Parts service is based in Denmark which would have made me have to wait at least 7-10 days for the
same parts to arrive, which does not make any logical sense especially if I’m more interested in completing the model.
